Decent Engine Paint?

I normally just powder coat but this motor has a lot of plastic pieces that have faded from black to a grey colour.

Anyone have any recommendations for a good quality, chemical resistant semi gloss black paint - NOT duplicolor or other paint bombs

I could use a single stage urethane but none of the shops I've been to can flatten it.

Thanks

I used KBS MAXX on my last two builds. Hard as nails and hasn't chipped or discolored yet. Even close to the exhaust ports

Make sure you use the appropriate primer on the cases, but for the cylinders I shot a couple of very thin coats straight on. There is enough tooth in the rough casting. Thinner coats are better.

The problem is it comes in gloss black or flat black. I had to mix them to get about 60% sheen.

It's not cheap and hard to get but works really well.

BTW. One was a vintage RM 370 dirt bike and its held up with no chipping while vintage racing on dirt
