Dealer Cost ... is there a site that shows this ?

I know the MSRP price is the one all the mfg sites show. This isn't what anyone is going to pay. I would like to know what the dealer cost / invoice cost is to figure out what the actual prices are thru the corporate plan. EG. 4% over cost, but what is the cost ?

And yes I'm being cheap, I know there are these sites you can pay xx dollars to find out. is there a free one ?

If you know someone that works for a car company (or someone that knows someone that knows a cousin's friend's brother), they have access to the employee prices (which I think are cost)

I don't think there is a simple dealer cost. There may be a theoretical number but there can be rebates and incentives as well. Knowing the cost doesn't necessarily get you a fixed markup. If a dealer is running slow on sales you might get a deal so the dealer can show cash flow to the bank. The next buyer won't get the same deal. There can also be kick backs from finance companies etc.
