I am offering a 2014 Yamaha FZ09 (blazing orange) bike for sale. I was riding it in an inside street and the bike popped a wheelie on me (in the first gear) and I fell with it. The bike sustained mostly cosmetic damage. The most expensive parts to replace are the tank and the stator as they were damaged pretty bad. If I get a fair price from a motorcycle enthusiast who would like to own a great bike for a good price (after you fix it), then I will let it go as is. Of course if the offer is ridiculously low then I will keep the bike and slowly repair it.
Just so you have a realistic understanding of the scenario, you're not going to end up getting a bike (after fixing) for next to nothing but it will surely be a very very good deal for the kind of bike it will be once you've fixed it. This was essentially a brand new bike and besides the repairs it's pristine. I'm just bummed out I crashed it. If you were to find the same bike for the same mileage in the market, the price is around $8000. Anyway, just wanted to get that across so that I don't waste your time and you don't waste mine
