There is a forum member on here name silent_vik, he has a optical store in brampton called Daas optical.
iv'e been dealing with him on mine and my family eye glasses and he is the only store i will go to now and in the future.
i had a problem with my glasses after about 6mths and he took care of it with no question asked. he's very professional and easy to work with.
 
Most 'Opticals' are not great places to get glasses from. I don't know this one specifically, but in general, a real optometrist's office is best. Lens and frame quality is usually low at opticals - the cheapest possible lenses/coatings are put into discontinued frames and sold at a significant profit.
 
DAAS is very nice. My whole family and freinds go there......buying eye glasses isn't intimidating anymore.

Be up front about what your budget is - and he will give you great options. Current pair of glasses are 2+ yrs old....and are amazing. The lens he put in - is just so much better than anything i've ever had. I'm not sure what they are called - but riding a bike - i rely on my eye peripheral vision a lot. And these lenses make my eye peripheral vision so crisp.

Frekeyguy: We put Trivex lenses for your glasses. They are expensive, but with your prescription and needs, they fit you great. This is what i tell everyone. Tell me your needs and budget and i will try my best to find the best product for you.

The Trivex are amazing!!! :) I will always go to Daas - all my family and freinds have switched to Daas. They are just so easy to deal with.

I feel happy and satisfied when I leave and not ripped off like those other stores that upsell everything.

You guys have a nice thing going.
