Does anyone have a review for them?

I took my motorcycle there for a safety inspection recently.
I am not sure if they lured me into some extra work.

The one in Scarborough?

I brought my bike there to get an oil change, got the bike back 8hrs later ($90 later) and had oil on the hand bars, tank and exhaust headers. Exhaust oil smoked a bit.

Oil change it self was done fine I guess, just not so clean.

get your bike out of there asap, don't let them touch it!!!!! nobody should go there even if you have deep pockets, it's not a dealership, it's a flee market with crappy knock off parts.

What did they do? I wouldn't be surprised. Buddy of mine took his bike there for a safety last year and they nit picked it apart in a shameless attempt to sell him service.

Please don't insult flea markets. Good deals to be had there.

so where else is a good place around there? im close by there and im tempted to take my bike in for a tune up or to get checked.

That place is a joke even the sales staff have no idea what they are selling. Took my mom there to look at bikes as she wanted to get into riding she was liking the Vstar 250 and the sales guy was telling her that a 250 is not big enough and not legal for highway use anything under 500 cc cannot use the highway and was trying to get her to buy a vulcan 500 with 22000km for $6500 (a bit overpriced). I was like "dude you have no idea what your talking about do you?" I told him to STFU and pulled my mom out of there. She ended up getting a Maruader 250 off of Kijiji and has been on the highway with it. That sales guy ruined my perception of that store. I will never buy from them. Save your money buy/get service somewhere else. Save the headaches.

That place is a nightmare.

GTFO lol.

Cheap Honest mechanic = Rosey Toes. A little rough around the edges but you get a good deal and no BS on work thats not necessary.

I brought my trackbike there for some water pump work and a chain riveting.

I called in advance to get my new chain riveted, was told "it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.... so $20". Didn't even bring it off the truck, 4 minutes later, European guy says "$45".

He gave in after some arguing, probably because the bike was still on the back of my truck and he had no leverage (and I wasn't going to just drive away). I paid my $20 and will never go again.

The woman at the main counter/phones has no merit being in the motorcycle business. She knows absolutely nothing about what is being asked. I ordered frame sliders out of desperation a few days before race season started last year...... I had to take the catalogue from her hands and show her a picture of what frame sliders were.

I've bought a few things from there, but never have trusted any of the staff there in terms of product knowledge, except for maybe the guys at the Parts counter for the few very basic things I've ordered. Although, that said, one guy literally laughed in my face when I picked up a Givi part I had ordered, saying himself what a ripoff the price was -- not exactly my idea of professionalism.

A lot of their product looks quite old/outdated, and as others have said, the place really has a "flea market"/liquidation centre feel to it. The older lady that works there is completely clueless about gear. I've seen her recommend a helmet to a girl because it "looks really nice" -- the helmet was WAY too big for her, she could literally spin it around freely but the lady said it was fine.

Do not trust anything to this store. Go somewhere else. Snow City, GP Bikes, Kahuna, 22 Customs, somewhere in the middle of freaking nowhere... anywhere really -- just not them.

I know who you're talking about. She was recently helping me look for jackets and kept on feeling my pecs and biceps every few seconds checking for fitment and insisted I get a small when it clearly was too tight. I was a little weirded out by the experience. On another note I did buy my boots from there a few years ago and the guy who helped me out I didn't see there anymore.

Glenn at Z1 Cycletech and his mechanics, or wrenches as he likes to say are top notch !!!!!!!!!!!!

I've found Studio Cycle Group to be the best shop near downtown Toronto to take a motorcycle to. Clean, honest, and knowledgable...i've never had a complaint about them.

It near Dundas and Keele.

I've bought a couple of things from them, but always from the same sales guy (forgot his name). Didn't have any bad experience.
