Crf250r seized kickstarter

Well today went riding, was going along minding my business when the bike stopped and the kickstarter got seized.
I did drain the oil and there was metals shards in the oil aswell as coolant in the oil.
I am sure its pretty bad so if anyone know what i should look at, let me knoe.

Were any of the metal filings in the oil brass colour? If she won't kick over, it's likely the crankshaft bearings, pretty common in the crf-r. Unfortunately, this is not a cheap repair.

You're going to need to split the cases to have a closer look. As mention, this wont be a cheap fix.

Hmm, if it was just crank bearings, the coolant shouldn't be in the oil. My guess (and it's strictly a guess) is top end problems (head gasket?) letting coolant into the oil which then took out the bottom end. Let us know what you find.

Kinda telling when kickstarter is locked and all of a sudden you have a coolant leak. Something is boken and whatever it is has invaded the cooling system I am afraid Spaceboy is right you need to open it up and find out whats going on.
