I think I'm living in unicorn land. Crazy cat Lady did this with spray bottles. You can only see part of it.

No idea. We haven't talked since i told her the cats in my backyard will be trapped and taken to the humane society. Strange people. I feel bad for the 12 yr old son. She holds his hand all the way to and from school every day. Kid is never outside. Sad.

Is that a rainbow shrine? I was thinking it was a neighbourhood library or food repository but the contents look wrong. Resolution isn't high enough to read the sign.

If all it is is some art...then hell why not? There's enough negativity around as is, something that brings a smile to people's faces...I'm all for it.

I want to build a 'little library' here on our property in the spring/summer this year.

Sounds like it’s more than just the art…..or it could just be the grumblings of an old curmudgeon!
 
Two years ago she dumped a few liters of scrap paint down the storm sewer. City spent thousands cleaning it up and going door to door trying to locate the one responsible.
Her cats are a problem for everyone. None of them are fixed.

My snow blower could fix that.
 
Pretty sure the rainbows are to show support for the LGBTQ community.
Or she's just batshit crazy and it's a rainbow shrine to her own little art show...
