Where can I buy crash guard kit for BMW 310GS. I saw few of them on Ali express and checked you tube videos. Quite a few have ordered from there. Self installation can be done, but need to have a back up option as well such as a mechanic.

It's probably like six bolts. If you are paying to do everything to you bike, it is going to get really expensive, really quickly.
If you want good and affordable mechanicing @frekeyguy is probably your best shot but he is normally quite busy because he is good and affordable.

I'll take an center stand over an engine guard 99% of the time. I would look for a guard that lets you keep your center stand.
