Couple zx7 glitches

Okay so im almost done playing around with my 96 zx7 and im left with 2 small problems to be sorted out before its complete.

1) I recently put those new metal handlebar grips on. Fits good but the throttle doesnt snap back once the switch housing is back on. If the back of the housing is off i can see everything and the cables are all routed in place and it snaps back just fine. Once the back of the housing is on and tightened, the throttle sticks. I lubed the cable thinking maybe it was rubbing against the guide but nothing works.

2) Threw in some led turn signals in the front and rear but now when i hit the switch, all 4 come on at the same time and blink. Ive read a couple different things like install resistors or install an electronic flasher. Then couple guys said pull out the indicator bulb in the cluster. Dont really wanna go this route but will consider it as a last resort. Any tips on this?

For the LEDs, you must have them wired incorrectly. Just installing LEDs won't make all 4 turn on at the same time. My guess is you've got a short somewhere that's causing this.

Sticking throttle: could you grip be rubbing against the throttle housing or the bar end? Posting some pics would help.

Figured it out. LEDS were wired correctly but the resistance was too low so i had to "trick" the system into thinking the stock bulbs were in. Fixed it by adding two 10ohm 20Watt 5% non inductive resistors,One on each side. Works like a charm now. resistors cost $2 apiece btw.

As for the throttle, the grip spins smoothly on the handlebar and the cable doesnt seem to be rubbing on the housing anywhere. Ive hooked it up to an oil bag to see if maybe the cable needed a little lubrication. Ill try tightening it up at the carb side tonight and see if that makes a difference too.

Now does anybody know if i can buy a rubber bushing to fit the zx6r passenger peg where the exhaust mounts to? Or any tips on how i can make my own?
Once the exhaust is mounted, the rear brake reservoir hose needs to be shortened and my license plate mounted and im done :D

The whole throttle housing may be at the wrong angle on the bar, causing binding where the cabl exits the housing and enters te cable sheath

Yeah i was thinking this at first too so i played around with the angle to see if could find that sweet spot but nothing.
