I like how this kid stood his ground. Its funny how hard the cop tries to make the guy admit to something he feels he didn't do.

Lol.. He sure as hell didn't like the fact that the rider wasn't cowering in fear. That's how you deal with a bully.. Camera FTW

All this video shows is a kid getting a bit lippy with a cop.
Where's the video of the cop almost 'killing' him? Until I see that, this video is useless.

It's nice to see a motorcyclist not be intimidated by a police officer.

However, cops do make mistakes as well and I'd probably be a bit less "lippy" than he was. To each his own, though.

The cop wouldn't have walked away with all those tickets if he wasn't worried about what the video evidence would have shown.

Didn't some other rider get in **** and charged for filming some cop ******** and putting it on YouTube without the cops consent?

Good for buddy tho

Yup, it was in Illinois, where a judge recently ruled against that law as a violation of First Amendment rights.

*EDIT* Sorry, that incident was in Maryland, not Illinois.

Don't worry about that. One, that isn't the law in Canada. Secondly, that isn't the law in the US either, more like people trying to take a law where it was never meant to go.

As far as the video goes, I didn't think he was being lippy at all.

Lol, where is this, I need to move there if the cops are that nice

Ego wasn't big enough to be a Toronto cop

And yes the kid also needs to be a bit less lippy

You also gotta see it from his perspective.. First the prick almost creamed him on the road, so he flips him off and then the prick has the nerve to chase him down and threaten him. Under the circumstances, the kid showed an amazing amount of self-control. Cops are meant to enforce the law, they aren't the law - try to remember that. Too few people do.

Is there a second part to this video that shows the near miss, cause that would be much more exciting then 5 minutes of blue sky and ignorance (on both parts)

I'm betting it also shows the rider violating some traffic regs, but it was bad enough for the cop that he decided to walk away without handing out a stack of tickets.

I was wondering why there wasn't video of the incident too but, after thinking about it for a second, I realized that he was shooting with his cell phone. That's why it's shooting sky most of the time; it's laying on his seat.

good for him to pull the camera out and record...my bb has the voice recorder button ready within a few pushes to start recording if anything ever goes down...and it's gotten me out of trouble before...you start recording, you feed them along, get them to say everything you need them to say, and if they hand over the tickets, smile, say thank you and then post on here...mr. ragu learned that the hard way...

Look like the cop was holding a Steno pad.
