You could have mounted the cam on the lower part of the helmet - that is where the HJC logo is on yours. This will allow you to lift your visor without worry. That area is also fairly flat with few contours.

Did you buy online or at retail? Cost?

My father in law is at my house and is snoring a wild streak killing my concentration!!!

Can you eliminate the wind noise when you edit? Add another background sound like music using the software provided?

Only real solution for wind noise is to mod it, which would mean soldering an external mic or a voice recorder.

I'm doing to try a voice recorder, but I'll have to sync the audio and video. As a matter of fact I just picked up the Sony ICDPX312 Voice Recorder. I'll let ya know how it goes.
