I had some trouble with one of the indicators on my Comp Werkes FE for my Daytona. One of the bulbs immediately burned out after install and the small screw on the housing was so tight it was impossible to remove without stripping the screw (which is ofc what happened).
I contacted the local place I bought it from and they have to deal with Parts Canada re: the warranty issue, so not much help there. Further they didn't understand that the screw was completely stuck in there and thought I couldn't change a light bulb...lol.
At my wits' end and looking at integrated tail lights on eBay I decided I would try contacting Comp Werkes directly. Less than 5 minutes on the phone with a company in Oregon that had never heard of me, I'm having a new turn signal kit being mailed out to me directly tomorrow morning. No cost to me, they said it's not even necessary to send them the broken part.
This is what Customer Service/Support should be like. I'm honestly a little rattled that it was that easy.
