Commercial vent inspection?

Hi,

I need to get a exhaust vent checked out for leaks or holes in a commercial store in richmond hill. Any ideas how I can get this done cheap? or if I can do it myself?

depends what your venting, restraunt? spray glue? paint?

Who requires inspect? city, insurance, landlord?

above will determine who inspects
