Asking for a friend as I'm trying to help a buddy out.

Does anyone have a friend or a contact that they would recommend for commercial
HVAC units?

HVAC manufacturer in question is Spinnaker.

Unit was installed in a commercial property in the summer but there are some significant issues with it since.

Manufacturer is not helpful at all and it's dealer who it was purchased through is also not helpful.

Unit is is Barrie of that helps.
 
I’ve got a fantastic guy for HVAC but not sure if he deals in Barrie. He’s gone out as far as Hamilton, from S Etobicoke.

That is the most critical part of this whole issue?
The unit has already been looked at by an HVAC guy...

I don't remember if I've ever seen a spinnaker unit. Manufacturing is in Newmarket. A well placed ad could probably light a fire under their ass.

EDIT:
The presidents phone number is on their website. I'd start there before spending money on an ad.

Great suggestion but my friend is not the type to light someone's ass on fire.
I will for sure suggest to contact the higher ups directly.

You would think so, especially that the unit is only about 45 kms from Head office.

A little more context
Manufacturer is not helpful by not providing any field tech to help troubleshoot issues. So far, they have only offered phone support.

The distributor (J&J Controls) is being difficult in providing field techs due to access to the unit. Requesting scissor lift which is not possible as unit is hanging above finished ceiling of a commercial unit. A platform has been constructed to provide a comfortable working space.

HAVC engineer insisted on using this specific for whatever reason that hasn't really been explained well.
