CNC Machinist

Looking for a machinist with a CNC to fab some custom wheel spacer/adapters for a couple of conversions that I'm doing. I used one guy in kitchener previously, but he only had a lathe and couldn't locate the mounting holes to drill through on that setup.

Any recommendations would be great. The material would be aluminum, if that makes any difference. I'd be able to provide the .dwg, .dxf, etc files for them to run.

JohnnyP636 has some CNC goodies. Not sure if he would be interested, but it's definitely worth a PM. If he doesn't do it, he sure as hell will know who does.

are you talking hundreds or thousands of parts to be made ?

It must be at least thousands to make CNC pay when making goofy spacers.

N. A. Yorke Machinery, 198 30th St. Toronto, 416 255 2032 can do them in CNC if you want, but manually will A LOT cheaper for a couple of pieces.

Drop a line to Kyle.

He can turn your spacers and refresh and/or tune your suspension in the blink of an eye.

he can work with you if you have dimensions and a rough drawing.

Any machine shop. But ask johnnyp636 first.

Don't need CNC for that. Just a machine shop
