This is why speeding on busy rural 80 roads is a bad idea - people going the other way will always have a hard time gauging a motorcycle's speed. What would be an aggressive pass with a car in the other lane turns out to be an impossible pass with a motorcycle in the other lane. Good that you recognized what was happening, though.
