Close call on the track

I don't care about the reposts, but since I posted the original YouTube video, this has been reposted twice. Once with a link from LiveLeak, now this one from eBaumsWorld.

Again, my issue isn't with the repost.

What I don't understand is how these sites are able to rip off this guy's video (which was his original work), and plaster ads all over it, obviously making money from it. I highly doubt the original "author" is getting any money from this.

Copyright infringement isn't cool. If I was this guy, I'd go after sites like this.

You can't sue the site for anything, you can ask the site to take it down but you can't sue them. Its the same concept of youtube, the contents are uploaded by users and the users are responsibly for not posting copyright material and if they do, the website will ask them to remove it and may face consequences. There is no point wasting your time pursing them as it will just get posted up again.
