Clogged injector?

2006 GSXR1000, used very little, basically in storage last 3 years. No fuel stabilizer.
Put in new gas, started up fine. Warmed up for 10 minutes. 15 minutes later during the ride it starts to feel like its running on 3 cylinders. Loss of power. Once it hits 8 or 9 thousand rpm it clears up and runs great to redline......is one of the primary injectors that run at lower rpm clogged?
Oil chane right before resulted in about 0.5 liters of too much oil.
Ideas are welcome, I will be changing spark plugs. All the headers were warm too btw

Sounds like a reasonable theory to me. I could see a chunk of gum/varnish travelling down the fuel system and getting stuck there. You could try disconnecting the fuel injectors one at a time, until you find one that doesn't make a difference (bike probably won't even run on just two working primary injectors). If that's the case, not sure what the best way actually to deal with it is. There are people around here that clean injectors, it would probably make more sense to get it done as a set.

They are easy enough to take apart and check.

Do the basics first before the injectors, plugs, connectors , boots etc...

Did you replace the bad fuel? One of the plugs could be fuel fouled. I would replace the gas and install new plugs.

I'd do a thorough check, making sure things like vacuum hoses are not blocked.

In fact I'd do a total overhaul, new spark plugs, drain the tank, new oil, new tires, change brake fluid, yada yada.

Oh yeh, check to see if your exhaust has no nesting from critters

Changed plugs, ecu, coils......didnt seem to make a difference. Started disconnecting injector plugs until I found one that didnt make a difference to the way it was idling.....so I know that injector wasnt working very well. I will swap it out or get them all cleaned.
