Clifford Olsen dead from cancer.

Yeah, that's shame.. I'm sure someone cares that he's dead...somewhere...or not..

Probably some woman who kept in touch with him via mail. Don't most of these serial killers have fan clubs or something?

Anyway...expect some sort of candle light vigil.

Yeah, could be..Ted Bundy stylez.. And I suppose he was someone's son.

Perhaps a form of closure for some of the families. As surreal as it may be.

Good riddance. Creatures like that should be shredded in a wood chipper.

Where's his grave and when is the urinal being installed?

take his rotting corpse, and lock it in Bernardo's cell. he might want some company

Finally, cancer has a positive effect.

Should have been dead years ago via firing squat

I was the victim of a firing squat yesterday morning. Pretty sure it was the Shwarma I had on Thursday.

Having lost friends and a Mother to cancer I've often said that it's a disease I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I'm not sure on this case or on Bernardos.

I have an internal battle between wanting to see payback and not wanting to stoop to his level.

A yearning to have the world rid of a scumbag is not something to be battling yourself about. I'd have no problem putting a few bullets into serial killers like Olsen/Bernardo/Pickton, hell I'd probably go for beers afterwards.

We need to stop guilting ourselves for standing up and protecting our loved ones. A victim makes the ultimate sacrifice. Once the perp is caught, there should never be a chance for reoffending. I don't believe the death penalty should apply to all murders, but ones that are most heinous where there is absolutely no doubt. FIRE AWAY!

I've lost two Aunts, a cousin, a close friend and last year my wife lost her favourite Aunt, all to cancer. I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone these days who hasn't lost a family member, loved one, friend or co-worker to it. But, like you, I wouldn't wish it on any of my enemies, there would be no satisfaction or closure from that.

But Olson, Bernardo, et al, fall into a special category of sub-human evil that deserve to die a slow, lingering and painful death instead of having our tax dollars keep them alive, clothed, fed and taken care of until they eventually perish from natural causes.

they should actually GIVE those inmates Cancer, ALS, Ebola,Aids, etc.

and use them for human experiments. If they happen to find a cure, they wont be given it

I have no problem with them dead but I see no benefit in copying their styles.
