chripractors

Hi

Wondering if someone knows a good chripractor in Markham or Richmond Hill area? I used to go to a chripractor before and my back felt awesome. That chripractor used to give massage and back adjustment. I need someone like that again. I don't have insurance so I need someone affordable.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

Cheers

no wonder you cant find a good chiropractor in your area.... you were looking for a chripractor

Sorry to side track a bit, but have you tried core building exercises? Heal thyself!

Go for the massage, skip the adjustment.

Just MHO.

Dr. DeFinney in Markham. Hwy 7 and Markham Rd.
Very nice guy, not 100% sure he's still practicing, it's been a few years.

Share some tips. My core is lagging behind and I keep tweaking my back.

What would be best for a pinched nerve? Chiro, massage or acupuncture? Seems like every skiing season I pinch some nerves and healing feels very "weird"

Ha! I'm in no position to advise on a particular treatment plan, I just believe that all back problems can eventually be corrected or at least managed through core exercises.

A back spcialist recommended this book http://www.amazon.ca/Consultation-Back-Doctor-Hamilton-Hall/dp/0771037791 that converted me into a believer. I'm sure there's some useful guidance in there for a pinched nerve.

Speaking from experience (3 protruding lumbar discs, I've put off surgery for ~10 years) only one thing works in relieving back pain and sciatica (other than the placebo effect).......Time!
Also,..... Google "chiropractic" or "acupuncture" and "skeptic" or "evidence based medicine"
