Hi everyone,
I have an '84 Nighthawk 650 and over the winter some moisture must've gotten to my choke cable because it's totally seized up. I took it off and tried lubing it but it is way too sticky to use. So, since it's such an old bike I am wondering where I could get a new one. Tried ebay, but the only one I see there is a motion pro model for the '83 650. I am unsure whether that would be the same cable or not.
One user on the nighthawk forum suggested getting a local shop to make one for me - I am just wondering if anyone could suggest a local shop to have a cable made custom, or perhaps a place to find a used cable?
