Cheap Fairings!

Hey everyone,
I just bought a new bike
2008 zx6r Ninja,
And there is a small crack on the front fairing.
At first i thought nothing of it, but the more i ride it is spreading.
eventually I am going to have to get it replaced.
Just wondering on peoples opinions on this?
Should I drill it, and patch it up ?
Or get a new fairing?
Just wondering if anyone knows where to get a good price on fairings or where to fix it for a good price.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Yup. There was a thread recently about repairing fairings.
Leslie Booth can probably plastic weld it. His name on this board is "Cheekeebandito"

Read the thread, apparently he lives in Barrie and works in the GTA? Does he have a shop in GTA or is it like a side job?

My fairings fixed by him when I drove up to Barrie. He works from his home in Barrie when I last visited him around 1 year ago.

for now you could just get a fibreglass repair kit and just repair it from the rear, thus stopping the crack from spreading.
maybe a touch up pen on the front side along the crack for now.

then just keep your eye out on ebay for a replacement or on here.

i have a set of red 07 zx6 fairings if you need. I also have some misc other fairings for 07-08
