Why is the video so stuttery?

It's not stuttery on my computer, I think the YouTube conversion / processing messed it up a little. It's not too bad for me on YouTube though.

Thanks. I also think it is because I used 2 terrible cameras. Well one is really terrible, and the other is not much better. iPhone and some old Canon P&S that sucks. I am going to be getting a GoPro soon to make some higher quality stuff.
