It turns out the break in period is longer than I thought. I am up to about 1800 km on the bike now, and after a 2 1/2 hr ride down from Orillia, there is definitely more power on tap. Cruise at 110 (120 with a tail wind) on the highway now vs 95-100 when I got it. And the 110 is now with tank bag and backpack, no crouch compared to early tank hugging. I guess with so little power on tap, the increase through the break in period is more noticeable than with more powerful bikes (i.e., everything else!)

I drove mine slow for the first 500Km. Now I drive it like a rental and have no problems reaching over 100 and I also have 1800km on it.

Yep.. this bike never stops to amaze me... incredible engine for such small size... I will probably buy another 125cc in the far future.

It's a really decent bike for the money. You can top at 135 (stock) downhill with the wind at your back, in a full tuck (looks ridiculous on a 125). I am also 120 lbs :p.

1: Has trouble going up hills.
2: Has trouble going against the wind.
5: Reasons why you should have bought a 250.

My problem isn't buying a 250, it is the 1200 and 900. Hmm, 150 Hp, 97 Hp, 14.5 Hp. One of these things is not like the others! Which, as much as I like it, out of the three it is the one which will go.
