CB250Rr loss of power

The bike is a Honda CBR250R. It had good HP at 23 HP all season. It also had good torque. The bike has a dynojet commander and akrapovic end can muffler. It has been running Shell 91 for fuel. The engine has 4200 kms at present. The bike was lowsided and crushed the end can muffler a month ago which I replaced with a new akrapovic end can muffler. Now the HP and torque are down. Over the last month I have progressively: 1. replaced the dynojet commander. 2. replaced the spark plug. 3. replaced air filter. 4. remapped the new commander to make the bike less lean at higher rpm. 5. checked the valves. The chain slack is good and I find no noticeable restriction on wheel spin. But still the bike is down 8%-10% on HP and doesn't have that get up and go coming out of corners or climbing hills like it did before. What do I try next? The bike is in a Spec series so I can not make mods. I need to find what has changed and fix that part. Thanks for your thoughts.

Sorry for the paragraph mode as my posts from BB doesn't seem to take formatting of returns and spacing.

Re: CB250R loss of power

?? confusing post. Perhaps rephrase

How are you determining a loss of power? Have you run it on a dyno prior/now?

4. remapped the new commander to make the bike less lean at higher rpm.

Try running it on what it's designed for, 87 octane. Check the fuel line for kinks if you had the tank up/off after crash.
