?? Cayuga River Road, how far can I go before hitting the dirt road??

I was there a few years ago, went to the end, and when I tried to go south it was a dirt road. Checked the maps, they don't show or say anything.

Heading to Dover tomorrow, so if you know that area, would really appreciate to know.

I believe you have to turn south on Sutor Road if you don't want to have to backtrack.
