Careless Driving ticket. Need referral to lawyer/paralegal

I got hit with a careless driving ticket last night. I'm going to need a lawyer/paralegal for this. Does anybody have a positive experience with one which they would like to refer me to? You can PM me the contact info if you prefer not to leave it in the thread. Also does anyone know approximately how much this will cost to defend?

Obviously I would prefer that everything possible is done to either have the charge removed or dropped to a minor conviction. Thanks in advanced.

What's the story? Car? Bike? I know someone who got a careless for a left turn and it was lowered to improper turn or something like that. Expect to pay more than 300 to fight it paralegal.

Car. Was speeding down a road. I might have made two successive lane changes. I'm not sure on this point. Made a right turn, came up upon a traffic light and saw the cop car behind me and got pulled over. Officer claimed to have had to drive at 140 to catch up to me, so I don't believe he radared me or knew how fast I was going. Ticket is 400.

Another question. Should I file for trial and request disclosure before hiring a paralegal, or just hire one right away?

Is anyone going to refer me one? I did a little research and Redline seems popular here, but surely someone has had a good experience with a lawyer/paralegal other than Redline.
