Car insurance for my son.

He's 23 and drives a 2007 Golf GTI. His driving history isn't great. Don't ask me his full history as I dont know. Anyone on the board recommend an agent/broker/company who would look at him?

PM incoming, but I doubt even my broker would be able to help if your son has more than 2-3 tickets and/or at-fault accidents. Is it not an option to insure under your name? Maybe tell him to trade in for something easier on insurance.
