People do that to my eight passenger minivan with the headlights on, when I'm on top of them.

Why wouldn't they do it to a bike?

Apexing the turn, it's only one point each time on the test.

There is so little traffic out in the country and folks out there drive like there is no else is on the road.

That happened to me the other day with a dump truck. I stopped earlier so I wouldn't get into trouble. Pretty sure the driver saw me and watched his turn with a "meh" look. Just another example of bad drivers on our roads.

The posted video, the intersection, looks exactly like HWY 10 and Durham/Scarb line where it meets HWY 47, same problems happen there as well.
