Maybe because GTAM ran out of space again.
I use imgbb. It's free, has perpetual hosting (theoretically) and gives you a link you can post in BBcode. I remove the url tag wrappers to ditch the ads but you don't have to. That offloads storage and bandwidth to imgbb to make it cheaper for cutekill to run gtam.

Insert image icon seems to be back functioning.
I either need to post smaller pictures or donate some money to he cause.
It was a good day to go to the mail box today. 3 government cheques. YIPPEE!!!
