It's a video that was filmed in a news helicopter and the pilot or filmer or someone (NOT a cop) is narorrating as this guy runs from the cops. I'm pretty sure he was riding a blue Sport bike (unsure what kind) and wearing full gear. BUT at the end of this particular video, the rider almost pulls into an underground parking garage, where you can watch him from the helicopter's camera as he takes his jacekt and helmet off and leaves it with the bike as he walks away casually. I THINK the cops got him on video but i'm not 100% sure. This is NOT a chase and crash video. The rider doesn't crash at all. If anyone finds this video PLEASE send me the link. I've been searching for weeks.
