As most can tell by my post count I am new around here and I am also new to riding, just going for my m1 course this weekend. I have done lots of reading of reviews and opinions on gear since I decided to get into riding. Gear for me was hard to locate and even harder to find the style, size and colours I wanted. I could never find the right size or colour for most of my gear so that left me with the online option which brings it's own set of potential issues.
Well after a few orders I have really grown to appreciate the fast and great service from Canada's Motorcycle. Being a noob I have made a few mistakes when ordering sizes, one i was able to catch before they shipped out my first order. I emailed in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning I had an email letting me know that they had fixed my order and my items were shipping that day. Another time I "thought" I had made the right choice in helmet size but when I got it I was obvious it was too big. Again, an email to CustSrvc around 8pm at night and within 5 minutes and had the answers I needed to get an RMA and new helmet out. I have sent them lots of emails with questions and they always get back to me very quickly.
I have found the prices are quite competitive and any gear I have bought from them has been cheaper than anywhere else I have shopped. It is a Canada company which I like too.
Now, online shopping is great it is always best to try stuff on first before purchasing as we all know. I just looked around locally and tried on as many different items as I could so that I can either find the exact size I need of at least get a good idea on the size and then order it. Again, wrong size, not a problem.
So far I have purchased my Icon Overlord Textile jacket, Overlord Leather Long Gloves, Icon short gloves and Scorpion EXO500 Oil helmet from them (oh and a Icon hat too). I still plan to get my Overlord Leather Jacket from them as well as some riding pants. Boots I got from a local place as I spent like an hour walking around with two different boots on.
Anyways, for me I have nothing but positive things to say about Canada's Motorcycle.
