Can this radiator be repaired ?

My friend has a 2009 SV650 .A rock hit her radiator .Can this be repaired ?

If not where is a good place to buy a replacement rad ?

yes it can be repaired. try a rad shop for a quote, but there is a place called ring rad that can repair it but it wont be pretty, it all about dollars and cents
