Can Anyone Recommend s Solid, Honest Court Representative in Toronto?

Hey Guys,

My dad received a ticket for careless driving and the trial date is set for October 15th, 2012.

Can anyone recommend a competent paralegal/X-Copper type individual? My dad used one of these types of people years ago to fight a ticket and other than accepting the money, they never did anything.
