Its not that simple of an answer.
Yes, with certain rules.
If changing all the front fairings it will fit with the new style birdcage/fairing stay.
If doing the rear tail (i wouldnt cuz they look almost identical), you will need the rear subframe and tank as well to fit properly.

You are also forgetting that the front headlight is completely different so you would have to replace that too. Hence why I simply said "no". Without a lot of modifications, it will not work. Op the k6 is the same as the k7 if your looking for other parts.
