Camping at Calabogie

Have never been there but have a couple of track days booked.

Is there an area for camping? I've looked at the ariel photos and it seems as though the paddock is all blacktop.

Pretty much.

Bring a cot and stuff to tie the tent down. Easy.

There is a few (buggy) areas on the edges/berms. However do to the darn mosquitos I'd stay on the pavement

With the soggy Spring this year I wouldn't be surprised if the mosquitos are more numerous that usual. I usually try to find an open windy place to camp.

There are a couple of grassy areas, but keep in mind; this is where people will "walk" their dogs.

Always just camped in the paddock, which is paved. Bring a cot or air mattress if you are tenting it.

Yep No real Grassy areas. A couple of weeks back the mosquitoes were deadly. I slept with ear plugs in because the buzzing was so loud in my trailer
