I know it's last minute, but does anybody have any recommendations for a great campground that may have sites available for Canada Day weekend? A hidden gem not too many know about?
All the big ones (Pinery, all of Algonquin, etc) always fill up 5 months in advance.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks guys,
Tough finding something last minute, but got a site at Mikisew. Now for warm weather and cold beer!

How many people? Do you have a boat?

If you could afford to rent canoes, split rentals, and paddle to a campsite @ Lake Opeango, Algonquin Park. It's back country camping, so not many people go for this type of thing, and they always have spots available, even during long weekends. Just booked my now, although you probably dont need to book.
