California redwood forest national park (road)

Anyone know if there is anything similar in British columbia.

I would say that is similar to Victoria Island in the Rain Forest district although the Americans say it's the only place in the world where these type of trees grow :laughing9: Still it's a good place to vist

No idea if they have the same in BC, though I have been told they do have giant redwoods, maybe not as many. I was in California a few years back, driving up to BC and its simply stunning and a motorcyclists dream. I was stuck in a cage unfortunatly, driving through this HUGE trees, then the coast... its heaven. A shame its all going to fall off into the ocean :laughing6:

Riding in the Redwoods NP is simply breath-taking. The tree's aren't that big on Vancouver Island as we saw in CA, but gorgeous riding nonetheless.

2006 photo of giant cedars (& 2 of my kids) at Cathedral Grove on Vancouver Island. Trees are not as big as the giant redwoods but are still pretty big.
