In Caledon around 11 a.m., a motorcyclist was fatally struck when he was turning onto Old Baseline Rd. from Hwy. 10 and was struck by a southbound truck, police said.
The 49-year-old Mississauga man died at the scene. The pickup driver, a 44-year-old Orangeville man, and his passenger were not injured.

A motorcyclist who was killed in a crash on Highway 10 in Caledon on Sunday has been identified.

Brent England, 49, died in the two-vehicle crash, Ontario Provincial Police said Tuesday.

The crash happened between King Street and Charleston Sideroad around 11:15 a.m.

Officers said a pickup that was travelling south on Hwy. 10 struck the motorcyclist who was turning left onto Old Baseline Road from the highway.

England was pronounced dead at the scene.

The pickup driver and his passenger were not injured.

OPP are still investigating. There's no word yet on charges.
