Buying a used FZ1, Heritage for safety +inspection?

Likely buying a 2009 FZ1 with 7500km, planning on getting it thoroughly checked by a mechanic and certified at the same time. Everythings stock and unchanged including the tires, guy says he dropped it once while not moving but that nothing had changed I couldn't see it
How much do you think the bike should cost?
Heritage quoted me 55 + 83 for safety + "thorough inspection" I assume that's a normal price?
 
That sounds fair.
The FZ1 is a nice bike. I am sure you will be happy with it.
 
Daniel at Heritage does a kick butt job. Won't tell ya stuff it doesn't need, will show you what it does. You can fix it yourself, or pay him to do the work, he's great like that!

Once you step foot in his shop, you'll know you've taken it to the right place! You can eat off the floor ;)
