Hi all, live in Burlington. Just flipped my ZX10 for a 2013 ZX14Rrrrrrr :). If mother nature is good to us, I will pick my bike up mid March. Brand new rider last year, lmao...sorry just find it funny all the new riders buying 600 CC plus sport bikes asking for suggestions. Here is one, drive slow, be safe, know your bike and your limitations and do not try to keep up with some of the crazies, you will live longer and have more fun. Without telling my age, I have decades/thousands of KM’s of riding by myself and with groups. I love my individual rides cause it is all about what I want. Love the Group rides cause it is all about the entire group. Looking for good people, clean roads and sunny days.

I have seen several meet ups at the Tim Horton at Walkers and Dundas in Burlington but have always been on my way to one of my kids activities. Now it is my time. Is there a group meet still? I see lots of post from Milton and surrounding. KEEP YOUR FEET ON THE PEGS AND YOUR RUBBER ON THE ROAD!

Looking forward to hearing from you people!! Cheers!

Welcome Kingcobra nice ride there bud.... ooodles of juice.I ride with both of the meets you mentioned walkers line and dundas and the Milton Riders so keep an eye on the rides section and come out.Whats great is you can pick your flavour of ride most weekends -civil-moderate-crazy,usually I prefer the latter.Come out to this meet and greet

Saw that thread, will be there if it is not raining or snowing. Counting the days for clean roads!!!!!!!!

if weather is bad will be caging it there anyways look for me on a black suzuki bandit or black mercedes

From burlington as well, riding up lakeshore/northshore is always nice and you'll see a ton of other riders. I also love riding snake road in aldershot, but be careful with that as a lot of trucks will cut corners and won't see you until the last second. I've had a few close calls.

Grew up in Oakville and Burlington so I have done the nightly runs all over this area. Mi am sure there are a few I have missed and hoping the group rides will show me a few hidden gems. Lakeshore and north shore are my set rides and north Burlington and Oakville are more improvised.

Thanks for the welcome guys!!!!

any sat. or sun. morning @ Ice House Campbellville.......

Love the weekend opportunity.....what's the location....is it this goup or another?

Looks like me by Thursday afternoon of a long week!:D:D;):p:)

the ice house on weekends is more of a posefest then anything else not much riding out of there from what I've seen.Lots of vintage guys and cruisers although we were using it last season to meet on the assassin rides. It depends what you are looking for, when I leave the house on two wheels breaking away from the balls and chains of family life I wanna RIDE THE TWISTYS nothing else and have some cool routes all local 2 hours in length and ride them 3-4 days a week besides the weekend rides

Posen is ok and I like to look at bikes but I love to ride. Gone on vacation for just under 2 weeks starting tomorrow and when I get back I wil pick up my NEW bike come hell or high snow. I have owned alot of new stuff over the decades but never a new bike, always one rider and <5km so this is going to be cool. Think i will be sleeping In the garage for the first month....lmao....It's only days now not months!!

If Icehouse is poserfest than all bike gatherings are poserfests. Drop by, look at some neat bikes, maybe natter a while then peel out in a big commotion like a bandit.
