I did not realize that Brembo also owned Marchesini.

So... anyone forsee any impact from this, at all? I guess Ohlins is a better fit for Brembo than it would have been for Tennoco

Probably some off-shoring of manufacturing to go a bit down market with pricing and use a different brand name. Like Brembo did with some brake products.

They also own JJuan and SBS brakes - short of the Japanese companies (Tokico, etc.) they've got a virtual monopoly.

I was surprised to learn that Yamaha owned Ohlins at some point but they bought themselves back/
