Is it fine to get break in service done by a different dealer than the one you purchased from?
Long as its also a certified honda dealer?

The other dealer is much closer to my place and on the way to a longer trip im planning.
Im assuming this will cause no warranty issues?

Of course. You could even do the service yourself, but keep the receipts and be prepared to fight for a warranty claim.
