I was gonna say "looks like a Ural". Not all that hardcore in my opinion i'd do it with some heated snowmobile gear.

I'd be less afraid to take a spill when there's that much snow on the ground. Wonder if the sidecar fills up with snow?

I did city commutes with a 2 wheel all winter in more snow than that many years ago. The bike was a 125cc therefore light enough that it was controlable. I had no heated anything and no windshield and did get a touch of frost bite once. A Ural with 2 wheel drive sidecar and a windshield would have been heaven.

People used to say "I saw you riding when I was waiting at the bus stop and you looked like you were freezing"

Actually it was good reflex training not unlike dirt bike stuff. I don't recall ever dropping it but he salt trashed the bike pretty quick.
