First of let me start by sayin thank goodness there is a bikeshop 5 mins down the street from home.....i heard alot of GOOD Reviews and so unpon discovering a partially melted wire plug (connected to the wire harness) off my headlight bulb i decided to go check out what all the hype was about....got to the shop with the two parts i needed the plug for the bulb as well as the adapter that the harness plugs into....oh and by the way the bulb wasnt blown......(NOT hids stock halogen).....went inside was quite impressed by the variety of bikes as well as other forms toys available....made my way to the parts counter and explained my situation to the employee....he did his search on the computer and told me that the part comes with a bulb....i said no I DONT NEED THE BULB.....he said its the only way it comes so i said ok ....fine ok transcation completed and i was told it would be in in a couple of days.....on my was out i spotted a nice cbr....2011 i believe at a closer look i saw the price tag at $14 ??? it had a nice paint job but not that nice.....anyways i left.....got a call two days later the part was in went to pick it up this time a very nice lady helped me she was very polite......got the item opened the box....there was a bulb in there........well this is not good the voice in my head said....so i said wrong part ...she again looked up the headlight assembly unit as well as the wire unit i showed on her screen the parts i needed she told my there is no picture there jus a part number....and she can order it in and so we can see if it was the right thing.....now keep in mind this is the dealership....then she said to me that she can look up a few sites to find the part i said i dont have that much time or else ill be late for work...i said u order it and when it comes in ill come c it......then i said well what about this bulb she said hold on to it and then she can jus charge me the difference it its the right thing that comes in ....i said no jus refund me my money cause i explained i dont need a bulb to the guy who placed the order ....oh by the way he was sittin at the next desk...maybe he remembered me or not but im sure he overheard me explaining to the lady what i explained to him 2 days prior......never the less i left went to CYCLE SOURCE INC.. got the whole unit for way less and the staff knew exactly what i was talkin about... so maybe brampton powersports staff have their customers who they know and go that extra distance to help them but its not you're regulars thats goin to keep you in business but any customer who walks through the door....i wouldnt go as far as too say i would never go back but that was my experience and i would remember that the next time i need parts or service or just in the business to purchase another motorcycle ....

P.S. oh yea and i almost got ran over by a dumptruck in th parkin lot theyre doin construction next door...hahahahaah
