Hey gang!
My brake light modulator that I got last season stopped functioning for some reason.
The modulator is this (2 wires and a ground wire tap):
With the modulator connected, the running light is fine but the brake light doesn't react to either of brake levers.
I've disconnected it and went to stock setting and the brake light is working fine.
I'm interested in hearing others about their experience with this exact modulator. I'm trying to pinpoint the source of the problem: the modulator or something else. If it is just a faulty modulator, I'm wondering if anything could have sped up the fault.
On a side note, this is a waterproof unit (sealed), so theoretically weather should not affect it. The bike was stored indoors over the winter but was outside during the rainy weeks.
