One was on display at Downtown BMW last Wednesday at their open house.
Looks incredible, but the current bike is just fine. (165 HP)

However, the 210 HP allows it to join the super naked club.

I'd like to see a dyno graph comparison against the current S1000R motor before I make that conclusion. I will also attest that the Euro5 regs kill the low/mid power on the S1000R engine but a exhaust and tune make a huge difference to bring it back in a big way (could be similar to the M version).

naw with shift cam it's not nearly as peaky as my XR.

Hard to find any media on this bike. Thankfully this person filmed in 4k. Considering they weren't shown at the most recent bike show in Toronto, this is as close as I can get to seeing this thing in detail. The one at the DT BMW store wasn't real apparently, according to a dude that I spoke to there.

Delivery to dealers starts in April i believe.

These are also made to order, i don't think you'll see dealers stock them..except for people who end up walking away from the deal.

Nothing specific, just more media. I am more than interested in the Competition model. I was told not to expect anything until June. I hope that isn't true.

It’s an improved s1kr chassis with the XR motor as I recall.

I have that motor, if you have a query lmk.
