BMW’s Next-Gen, Swingarm-Less Carbon Fiber Superbike

This is the frame for their hoverbike.... Zero chance of winning a superbike race with no rear suspension adjustment unless they plan on making a different frame for each racetrack and each rider at said track.

From the drawings it looks like it acts as a primary spring only, with a secondary spring and a conventional damper (shock absorber) for tuning. I'm more concerned about service life, things could get exciting in the event of failure.
