You mean a kit to REMOVE the air injection system?

I got CRG smog block off plates for my 09 R6S and removed the entire AIS system (the computer in the bike doesn't care if it's there) and I have smoother engine braking and no more POP POP POP on deceleration. There is still the odd pop if I'm bliping the throttle on the way down :D

The AIS system on the 03-05 R6 and 06-09 R6S:

The smog block off plates replace Item 2 in the above diagram.

You get a much more accurate Air/Fuel reading with the AIS system disabled/removed. Are you wanting to do this to get it dyno tuned, or for running a Power Commander AutoTune?

Wally,
If you don't like the bluing of your pipes and just remove it, it will come back unless you do something about the source of the problem. Looks like the Kreem product helps prevent bluing from occurring, but doesn't remove existing bluing and only works well on brand new (never used) pipes: http://www.triumphrat.net/twins-technical-talk/33858-kreem-blue-shield.html
The air injection system removal will also reduce future bluing, but you'll have to use a blue remover product on your pipes to get them clean regardless.

A quick google search will show a couple horror stories from use of the Kreem product as well as success stories. I've never used it, can't say anything about it in particular. I personally liked the bluing on my Bonnie and left my pipes as they were. Check the Truimph Rat forums above for more ideas - they'll know more than folks here about this issue.

Yep. I removed the AI(pretty staright forward). Got the kit from Bellacorse (Aprox $6.00 a much better price than the others). The hedders are not black yet; So we'll see in the comming riding season if this really works.
Thnaks.
