Went out today. Fairly good conditions although it was a bit icy in places but the snow is decent.

Tonight we are expecting 25 CM or so of fresh snow so.... this weekend would probably be a good weekend if you were thinking about going.

...if you cant drive safely there, lol

Wasn't sure if you guys were getting it too.

It's a big storm... combination of two weather systems. I wonder if Blue will get packed on the weekend. Most likely as the drive Saturday should be alright. I don't like it when it's super busy. I try to go weekday evenings. Went Friday evening 2 weeks ago when most people wussed out because of the cold temps and it was empty. Loved it.

They say we haven't had this much snow since 5yrs.

Winds are howling outside. I don't like driving around when traffic lights are swaying like a child's swing

I personally love driving in this weather yeehaw! Looking forward to boarding sat but my buddies want to go Moonstone... maybe the pow will make me more fearless in the park

Mount Eden tomorrow, too much snow to get to the office..........

230 vertical ft of thrills.

I concur, I just got back from Blue as well, except for a bit of icy patches as the day went on, all in all in great shape and I am sure the snow tonight and tomorrow will only add to great conditions.......

I went to Blue Mountain once...nearly missed it as I kept saying "oh, it must be behind this hill".

I guess you haven't gone to the closer hills, I saw my buddy in the lineup for the chairlift from the top of the hill at Glen Eden.
Its the best we got anywhere other than Montreal and BC

Blue is always packed on Sat and Sun (both day and evening). Considering the fresh snow, it'll be even busier.

Best bet is to go tomorrow (Fri). Monday's going to rain, and then Tue it'll be back down to zero, which means ice!
